The purpose of POP Television: Pace’s Official Programming (POP TV) is to establish a prominent and successful television station at Pace University’s New York campus and to have its students who are interested in this cause be active in its constant development and maintenance. POP TV will make it possible for Pace students interested in all aspects of television broadcasting to be involved in the following processes and more as seen appropriate: production, editing, hosting, management, finances, lighting, promotions, story development, directing, sound, graphic design, communications, etc. Additionally, POP TV will integrate clubs and services at Pace University through the filming of various commercials, events, etc. POP TV shall organize programming that will entertain and/or inform the University at large and establish a better sense of community on campus.
